When many people consider the value of a home, they think of its list price. But during the height of quarantine, we started to realize that home is worth so much more. In “The Real Value of Home,” our first spot for Zillow since being named the brand’s lead agency, we reflect on the myriad ways homes provide for us. Directed and produced without anyone leaving home, the spot is a time-lapse of a real family’s experience working, schooling, and living from their home, captured by a camera set up in the yard. In addition to the video, we wrote advice articles for Zillow’s online support center about navigating the real estate market during a pandemic.
