Back in March, as the stark reality of COVID-19 set in, Americans faced a litany of conflicting information from political leaders and public health experts. Building on CNN’s powerful Facts First brand story, we produced a simple all-typography spot to affirm a crucial truth: In a time of crisis, facts matter most. Created in less than 24 hours during our first week of working remotely, “What Facts Do” takes a no-frills production approach to let a vital message stand on its own.
